Value Rebirth & Empowerment Initiative (VREI), a non-governmental organization located in Effurun, in partnership with the African Centre for Leadership, Strategy and Development (Centre LSD) Leadership School, with support from Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS), organized a one-day Graduation Ceremony of the 3rd Set and Matriculation of the 4th Set of students of Value Rebirth-Centre LSD Leadership School, Effurun-Warri Study Centre, held on the 29th August 2020 at PTI Conference Centre, Effurun, Delta State. The ceremony, which also doubled as an annual lecture, considered the theme “Leadership and the Security Challenges in Nigeria”. The Effurun-Warri Centre has graduated 182 students who are making waves in all spheres of life.
