Preamble: The Communique issued on the occasion of Leadership Lecture and Graduation Ceremony of 2nd set of Centre LSD Leadership School, Effurun-Warri Study Center, Delta State in partnership with Value Rebirth and Empowerment Initiative. The theme of the event is "Leadership and The Youth Question in The Niger Delta, held at Wellington Hotel on the 11th of May 2019.

Communique Issued at the end of a One-Day Graduation Ceremony of set three and Matriculation of four students of Value Rebirth-Centre LSD Leadership School, Effurun-Warri Study Centre, Delta State.

Preamble: Value Rebirth & Empowerment Initiative (VREI), a non-governmental organization located in Effurun in partnership with African Centre for Leadership, Strategy and Development (Centre LSD) Leadership school with support from Konrad Adenuauer Stiftung (KAS) organized a one day Graduation Ceremony of the 3rd Set and Matriculation of the 4th Set of students of Value Rebirth-Centre LSD Leadership School, Effurun-Warri Study Centre, held on the 29thAugust, 2020 at PTI Conference Centre, Effurun Delta State. The ceremony which also doubles as an annual lecture considered the theme: ‘’Leadership and the Security Challenges in Nigeria’’ The Leadership School is an institution that train leaders by attempting to unravel the complexity of leadership and offer a framework that will help people become great leaders. The school targets people with the desire and motivation to become leaders/change agents in the society and country at large. The quest for expansion of leadership knowledge across the country underscore the place of Value Rebirth and Empowerment Initiative (VREI) to create the Effurun-Warri Study centre, the first in the South-South region. Other centres of the school are Abuja, Benin City and Port-Harcourt. The Effurun-Warri Centre has graduated 182 students who are making waves in all spheres of life.
